"Birth contains multitudes, and through her we birth our multitudes."

- Dr. Sarah Buckley

Thea has been serving families as a birth and postpartum doula and student midwife for the past 3 years. She became birth-obsessed at age 7 when she watched her mom give birth to her baby brother. During university she completed her thesis on birth physiology and soon after began studying under two senior home-birth midwives who taught her what it means to attend birth, and how to do so skillfully.

She is devoted to the innate and instinctual wisdom of mothers and babies. Thea's goal is to ensure that her clients feel safe to listen to and prioritize their own voice in pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Her background as a student midwife and somatic experiencing practitioner informs her doula practice. She believes the childbearing time is an opportunity to explore your depths and edges and become the parent your child needs.

She lives in Concord with her boyfriend and loves to spend time with her parents, brother and girlfriends, travel and be immersed nature. She is also a fertility awareness educator and owns a sales agency for female entrepreneurs.

"Thea's warmth, empathy and solidness gave me the reassurance I needed to fully 'go there' during my birth. She anticipated my every need even when I didn't quite know what I needed and her belief in me and my baby was undying." - Meghan W.

"When I found Thea I had so many questions and fears and felt so much pressure. Right away I felt like I could tell her anything, and like she could probably handle just about anything. Birthing with her there was like having a sister who also knew a lot about birth, and I felt incredibly supported through the highs and lows." - Marie M.
